By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the Service, the user represents, warrants, and agrees that he or she is at least twenty-one (21) years of age, is legally capable of entering into binding agreements, is not prohibited by applicable law from using the Service, and accepts, without limitation or qualification, these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”), which shall constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the Company, and which shall remain in force notwithstanding account suspension, closure, or discontinuation of the Service.
Credits issued through the Service constitute digital promotional entertainment units, do not represent money, currency, stored value, or property interest, possess no cash value, are non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable, and subject to modification, cancellation, or forfeiture at the sole discretion of the Company, particularly where fraud, abuse, error, or system integrity concerns arise, and the user acknowledges that no ownership interest is conveyed thereby.
The Company may, at any time and for any reason, require identity verification, documentation, or other information in order to confirm age, identity, eligibility, or account integrity, and failure to provide such information may result in restriction, suspension, delay of prize processing, or account termination, and all decisions relating to verification shall be final, binding, and non-appealable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or relating to use of the Service, system interruptions, data loss, unauthorized access, or third-party actions, and disputes shall be governed by Texas law and resolved exclusively by confidential arbitration in Austin, Texas.
