The promotional sweepstakes conducted through the Service are structured and intended to comply with legal principles distinguishing promotional sweepstakes from gambling by eliminating the element of consideration, such that participation does not require the payment of money or other thing of value, a purchase does not increase the chance of winning, and free methods of entry are available, and by participating, entrants acknowledge, represent, and agree to these rules, which shall govern eligibility, participation, prize awards, and dispute resolution.
Participation is limited to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and the Company reserves the right to verify identity, age, and eligibility at any time, including prior to prize redemption, and may disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, automation, collusion, system manipulation, duplicate account creation, chargeback misuse, or violation of these rules, and such determinations shall be final.
Prizes may vary, may be substituted at Sponsor discretion, may be subject to verification and security review prior to award, and participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, and the Sponsor shall not be liable for technical failures, system interruptions, unauthorized access, or errors in the administration of the sweepstakes, and all disputes shall be governed by Texas law and resolved by arbitration.
